A immersive twist on the traditional Japanese Izakaya style of informal eating and drinking. A menu with bold, intense flavours prepared in one of the three kitchens: the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill, a concept that stems from northern Japan’s fisherman’s cuisine.

The cuisine is perfectly complemented by an exciting and innovative range of drinks. Its classic cocktails and signature drinks menu uses premium ingredients and carefully selected Japanese spirits. Becker’s devotion to Sake is evident in the amount of varieties on offer and the fact that Zuma boasted Europe’s first Sake sommelier.
