On Saturday, September 28th, Óscar Molina, the creator of the Mediterranean Kaiseki gastronomic concept, and Roberto Ruiz (founder of Punto MX), the first Mexican chef to obtain a Michelin star in Europe invites you to enjoy an unrepeatable ceremony at the ¨4 manos¨ event in La Gaia restaurant.
Óscar Molina, the executive chef of the Ibiza Gran Hotel, will open the doors of his kitchen in La Gaia to receive Roberto Ruiz, just a few months after presenting his new gastronomic concept – Mediterranean Kaiseki. The concept that fuses Japanese ancestral tradition with Mediterranean products and local techniques.
This exclusive event is open to the public and will have the capacity to host 45 guests. This will be the coalescence of Japanese, Mexican and Spanish cuisine, drenched with the essence of Mediterranean local products, something that Óscar Molina’s cooking has become very well known for.
