Based on Nikkei cuisine, combining flavours and ingredients from Japan and Peru, and adding some of the latest touches in gastronomy, La Gaia will surprise you this season with a revolutionary culinary twist: ‘Japeruvian Cuisine’.
La Gaia’s space has also been enhanced, with a new bar, where guests can watch the chefs as they work on their creations. Entitled ‘Life’, the Danish artist Katrin Kirk has put together a set of sculptures representing different sized jellyfish, on a three dimensional stage that plays with light and shadow. This all works together to create a special place where you can enjoy and get lost in the magic and glamour of an Ibiza night.
