Last week La Gaia played host to ‘Four Hands’ Gastronomy Week, on this occasion with guest of honor Paco Roig, a master baker who is famous in the sector for his ‘artisan breads’. The Ibiza Gran Hotel kitchen team, headed by Chef Oscar Molina and in tandem with Paco Roig, have designed a very special menu for the occasion – a total of fourteen dishes (three of them desserts) that highlight the Japeruvian character of La Gaia. This will not be the last time that the Ibiza Gran Hotel executive chef Oscar Molina will be collaborating with professional colleagues this season. The names of the next chefs to visit the La Gaia kitchens this summer will be revealed very soon.
