Dear guests,

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay in opening our hotel, but your safety and that of our team are the top priority for us, and in the context of this global health crisis we are diligently following the recommendations by the WHO and the Spanish Government.

Spanish Royal Decree 463/2020, of 14 March, includes hotel establishments among the businesses that must be closed during the national state of alarm, and until it ends we will not be able to analyse what the right date could be for opening our doors with all the guarantees you deserve.

We’d like to express our most sincere thanks to those responsible for health and safety who are making it possible for the Balearic Islands, and especially Ibiza, to record the lowest number of people affected and for it to be the first region in Spain to resume its activity in the near future. In addition, we wanted to send a big hug out to all those people who have personally suffered the consequences of the disease.

We’d like to thank you for your understanding and assure you that, when all of this is over, we will do our best to make your holiday a special moment when you’ll be able to forget everything we have been through.

We’re closely following information from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in addition to local health agencies, to stay informed, learn about COVID-19 developments, and immediately adopt recommendations from governments and public health agencies. Similarly, we continue to strengthen appropriate health and safety measures with our own teams.

Our booking department is available at to provide you with the best solution for your current and future bookings.

Thank you, once again, for your understanding and we’re looking forward to seeing you very soon and give you the welcome you deserve.

Raúl Sierra,

General Manager
